Now, I am a Marketing intern in the Coffee BU. Different from college students who are doing intern job – routine administration tasks, I am involved in real work and projects where my ideas are heard and valued. Whenever I feel pressure, my line manager and colleagues will be there to support me and guide me. The care for employees and communities is everywhere in Nestlé.
